We’re a small, women-run boutique specializing in Ashiatsu barefoot massage for muscle tension relief and sensory relaxation therapy, an ASMR-inspired experience designed to soothe the nervous system.I opened this business in 2021, starting above a garage in Kirkwood, then moving to The Polar Lounge in Old Fourth Ward. In October 2025, we found our peaceful oasis inside Ormewood Presbyterian Church, where we’ve been welcoming clients ever since.

what is the difference between ashiatsu massage and regular deep tissue massage?
ashiatsu barefoot massage, or oriental bar therapy, is a form of deep massage where the practitioner’s feet are used as the primary massage tools, supported by overhead bars. this technique delivers broad, even pressure, and we incorporate assisted stretching rooted in thai bodywork to release tension and improve mobility.
do you accept walk-ins?
we are unable to accommodate walk-ins, but same-day appointments may be available. all sessions are scheduled through our online platform, where you can check openings and book your spot. we recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred time.
what should i wear?
• men are required to wear boxers or sweats for all services we offer.
• ashiatsu: there is no top sheet, so you will remain partially clothed for the entire session. it is important that we have full access to your back, so women are free to wear an unclippable bra or whatever makes you feel comfortable.
• sensory relaxation therapy sessions are conducted under a comfortable weighted blanket, ensuring private areas remain covered at all times. full back access is needed.
what are your hours?
we’re open seven days a week:
• monday, tuesday, wednesday, friday: 10 am – 8 pm
• thursday: 4 pm – 8 pm
• saturday: 10 am – 5 pm
• sunday: 1 pm – 8 pm
is there easy parking available?
yes! there is a large lot available at the church, as well as street parking nearby. parking is free.
do you work on pregnant clients?
we do not perform ashiatsu barefoot massage on pregnant clients, as it is a contraindication. sensory relaxation therapy is safe and highly recommended for pregnant clients.

it all started with me walking on my dad’s back as a kid to offer a moment of relief. what began as a simple gesture grew into a deeper curiosity about the body and its ability to heal, eventually leading me to become a licensed massage therapist in 2021.i specialize in two distinct approaches to therapeutic touch: ashiatsu, a deep-pressure barefoot massage technique, and sensory relaxation therapy, a modality i developed to support nervous system regulation through intentional, gentle touch. i believe in the body’s innate ability to restore itself and the power of mindful touch to create meaningful change.outside of the studio, i enjoy thrifting, dancing, and asking myself hard questions. i look forward to welcoming you in.
